This IN-PERSON course is modeled on the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) principles developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and Saki Santorelli at the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
What’s included: Eight 2-hour online sessions. One in-person 5-hour retreat (11/02/2025 Saturday @ 11 am-4 pm EST); all program handouts, and audio recordings.
