Intro to Mindfulness (live remote)
This 2.5 hour workshop will introduce you to the practice of mindfulness meditation which uses evidence-based mind-body practices, informed by ancient wisdom traditions and supported by modern scientific research, to decrease distraction and stress, and help increase optimal functioning.
The workshop will combine brief presentations, discussions, and short mindfulness practices.
